Titles are honorifics you unlock by rereading and by being here early — things like Second Scroll or The Archivist. You can equip one at a time, and it follows you around the guild. Mobile app
Earning a Title
Titles are earned by rereading. Finishing a book a second, third, fourth, or fifth time through New Read+ unlocks Second Scroll, Thrice-Told, Epic Rereader, and Legend-Bound in turn; a tenth run through the same book earns The Obsessed, and holding rereads across 3 different books earns The Archivist.
Every early member also starts with a set of granted Titles: the legendary Founding Member, plus Novice Reader, Guild Initiate, and Tavern Regular.
Rarity tiers
Every Title carries a rarity tier, shown as a color on its badge:
- Common (copper) — the starter Titles: Novice Reader, Guild Initiate, Tavern Regular.
- Uncommon (green) — Second Scroll.
- Rare (blue) — Thrice-Told, The Archivist.
- Epic (purple) — Epic Rereader.
- Legendary (orange) — Founding Member, Legend-Bound, The Obsessed.
Equipping a Title
Head to Settings to see every Title you've unlocked and choose which one to wear. Only one Title can be equipped at a time, and switching takes effect immediately. Full steps are on the profile settings page.
Where Titles show
Your equipped Title appears:
- Below your display name in your guild's member roster.
- Next to your Ghost Marker when a guildmate taps it during playback.
